Ordering (Rental Dresses)

As much as we love fancy dresses (and boy, do we love them!), with the limited number of chances you get to wear a gown, it often makes more sense to rent a special occasion piece rather than make a permanent purchase. Renting can also be budget-friendly and environmentally conscious. Wear, share, repeat for a happier wallet and more sustainable future. 

All dresses are “new” or “like new.”  If the dress is “like new,” it will be dry cleaned and inspected by our quality control team before shipping out to you. Dresses are protected in transit by thick, durable garment bags.

Sure! You can rent as many dresses as you would like if the styles are in stock and you follow our return shipping policy for every style.  

Please contact us for permission to prolong your rental period. We must give our written consent for any extension to be approved. If it does get approved, will be charged based on the updated number of days you will be renting the dress for.

If you made an error on your order or change your mind, please contact us immediately. You can reach us to us on Facebook or Instagram.

If you’re cancelling the order 5+ weeks in advance of your delivery date, we will refund you the full amount, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

If you cancel after 5 weeks prior to your delivery day, we may be able to provide a full store credit, minus a $10 cancellation fee.

If the package already shipped, you can return the box to sender, unopened. Please do so on the day of or the following day if the package was received later than 3pm. We will provide store credit once the box arrives to us. In this instance, shipping fees are your responsibility. Please note, if the box is returned opened, then you will be charged the full rental cost of the dress.
