We’re sorry to hear that. There a few options to ensure your dress is just-right in time for your event:
1. Take the dress to a local seamstress and ask for temporary alterations. Please keep in mind that you are renting the dress and it needs to be returned in the same condition (with the same fit) as when it arrived. Any alternations you have done will be at your own expense.
2. Contact use during our business hours: Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm EST. We will send you another size of the same dress (subject to availability) or different dress of equal or lesser value, free of charge. You MUST return the original, unworn dress and have it postmarked within 24-hours of receipt.
3. If you have not had success with the first two options, we can issue you store credit. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to issue refunds. You MUST return the original, unworn dress and have it postmarked within 24-hours of receipt. Please note, we are unable to issue credit for shipping fees.
To avoid a fit issue in the future, please contact us in advance and review our size chart. We can guide you toward the right size.
